Complementary Therapies

As a firm supporter of remembering about the health of the body along with emotional and psychological health, I encourage others to get the physical interventions they might benefit from. 

 

The types of treatments I might encourage or refer to, include Physiotherapy, various types of Massage, Osteopathy, Accupuncture, Pilates or Reflexology.

At times when it appears a stress-reducing massage feels the best intervention during a wellbeing session, as a qualified Massage Therapist, I provide or refer you for professional massage to the upper back, neck and shoulders to reduce discomfort caused by tension and stress.

I am currently not offering this at the moment but have a colleague who I give the details of, who works to provide these and other therapeutic interventions.
