Wellbeing Sessions

Wellbeing sessions are usually for those who have finished weekly or long term therapy and wish to use regular sessions to look after their wellbeing. 

 

These sessions can involve a variety of personal explorations about yourself, your life and all relationships in a Psychotherapeutic way but also involves more Personal Development and forward facing a approach.

This  might include more indepth work on navigating your relationships, your worklife,  Physical Interventions & Treatments   or perhaps more Dream Analysis or learnabout how Aromatherapy can support your emotional health.

We might also explore more Hypnotherapy Learning and Experience  and also will be looking at your own Guided explorations into other life experiences that support  physical, emotional, social, spiritual & existential health & wellbeing.
